Robert Stallings Founder of the Stallings Insurance Group, LLC Bob graduated from New Mexico State University with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Management in 1979. Bob has over 20 years of industry experience having held various management positions in Underwriting, Product Management and Marketing with Prudential Insurance, prior to creating The Stallings Insurance Group, Inc. |

Christopher Stallings Owner and Insurance Agent for The Stallings Insurance Group, LLC Chris comes to The Stallings Insurance Group, LLC after many years in the insurance field. He started in customer service learning what customers want and how to best service policies for clients. Chris comes from a family in the insurance industry. He began studying for his Life and Health Licenses before age 18. At 21 years of age Chris joined Liberty Mutual Insurance as a customer service representative; there he held a myriad of positions to help him understand all the insurance laws and regulations in detail. It was there that he obtained his Property and Casualty Licenses as well as Life and Health Insurance. After only a year he became a Specialty Agent. |

Randy Phillips Corporate Financial Officer for The Stallings Insurance Group, LLC Randy previously had a successful 22-year career with Prudential Property and Casualty, where he held a variety of staff and management positions in both underwriting and marketing. His favorite assignment was working in the field with agents in eight western states, helping them understand and utilize the products available to them. He intends to do the same with The Stallings Insurance Group by developing relationships with our clients in Arizona. |

RJ McCollam Agent RJ received his Property and Casualty license earlier this year and since has continued his study of the insurance business. RJ has an extensive background in sales and customer service. For the past 6 years he has made it a point to always put his clients first and provide them with the best service he can. RJ's dedication has led to trusting relationships with past and current clients. He values each person he works with and strives to provide the highest level of service possible. |
